Families, Friends & Groups
2–3 Bedroom Cabins
Our largest accommodation category includes Lakeview, Woodside, and Hemlock cabins with full kitchens and room for up to six guests.

Maximum of Two Adults
Adult-Only Luxury Suites
Seven Hill Suites and private Cottage Suite #32 offer a quieter stay for two adults with king beds, gas fireplaces, and upgraded bath features.

Farmhouse #17, Cottage #18, and Apartments #19, #21, #22, and #23 provide a different resort experience with seasonal availability.

How many accommodations are at Mountain Springs Lake Resort?
Mountain Springs Lake Resort has 39 accommodations: 25 two- and three-bedroom cabins, 8 adult-only Luxury Suites, and 6 3-season farmhouse, cottage, and apartment accommodations.
Which accommodations are adults-only?
Hill Suites #8, #9, #10, #11, #12, #14, and #15, plus Cottage Suite #32, are reserved for a maximum of two adults.
Do the cabins have full kitchens?
Yes. The 2- and 3-bedroom cabins have full kitchens. The 3-season accommodations have kitchens or kitchenettes depending on the unit. The adult-only Luxury Suites do not have full kitchens.
Does every accommodation include rowboat access?
Yes. Resort accommodations include seasonal assigned rowboat access, subject to resort boating rules and seasonal conditions.
Do accommodations have Wi-Fi and television?
Yes. Accommodations have Wi-Fi and Smart TVs. Traditional cable television service is no longer provided.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available but cannot be guaranteed.
Are pets allowed in the accommodations?
Pets are not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
All accommodations are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outdoors in accordance with resort rules.
