Quiet Luxury Without the Full-Kitchen Routine
Luxury Suites are adults-only, non-cooking accommodations with hotel-style conveniences and upgraded in-room features. They are ideal for couples and other two-adult stays focused on relaxing rather than preparing meals.
Suites do not have full kitchens, outdoor charcoal grills, or fire pits. Hill Suite #14 is ADA accessible. Hill Suites #9, #11, #12, and #15 include air-jet soaking tubs.

All Hill Suites and Cottage Suite #32 accommodate a maximum of two adults. Children are not permitted as occupants in these suites. Families and larger groups should choose from our multi-bedroom cabins or 3-season accommodations.

Are the luxury suites adults-only?
Yes. All Hill Suites and Cottage Suite #32 are adult-only accommodations for a maximum of two adults. Children are not permitted as occupants in the Luxury Suites.
Do the suites have full kitchens?
No. Suites 8–15 and Cottage Suite #32 are non-cooking accommodations. Each includes a microwave and mini refrigerator, along with drinking glasses, wine glasses, basic utensils, and disposable plates.
Is coffee included in the suites?
Yes. Each suite includes a Nespresso coffee maker with pods, sugar or sweetener, and creamer.
Which suites have air-jet tubs?
Hill Suites #9, #11, #12, and #15 include a rainfall shower and air-jet soaking tub. Hill Suites #8, #10, and #14 have large rainfall showers. Cottage Suite #32 has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.
Do the suites have fireplaces?
Yes. All Hill Suites and Cottage Suite #32 include a gas fireplace.
Are there outdoor grills or fire pits at the suites?
No. Suites 8–15 and Cottage Suite #32 do not have outdoor charcoal grills or fire pits. Outdoor fires and grills are not permitted at the suites.
Do the suites have heating and air conditioning?
Yes. All Luxury Suites include both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Is there an ice machine available?
Yes. An ice machine room is located between Suites 11 and 12. Cottage Suite #32 has a small ice machine inside the cottage, and each suite includes an ice bucket.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available but cannot be guaranteed.
What is the cancellation policy for suites?
Reservations are non-refundable. If you notify the resort at least 48 hours before check-in, payments may be transferred to a future stay within one year, subject to resort policy. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit payments.
Are pets or smoking allowed in the suites?
The suites are smoke-free and pet-free. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors.
Is Wi-Fi available, and is there a minimum-night stay?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all suites. Luxury Suites may be rented by the night, subject to availability and applicable stay requirements.
