Designed exclusively for two adults, these suites are ideal for romantic weekends, anniversaries, or simply spending quality time together away from the crowds. Many couples enjoy the balance of modern comfort and easy access to the resort’s lake, trails, and amenities.
Our Hill Suites add an extra touch of character, featuring architectural details such as arched ceilings and raised-panel fireplaces. Select suites also include private outdoor seating areas, offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Luxury Suites – Frequently Asked Questions
Are the luxury suites adults-only?
Yes. All luxury suites (including Suite 32 and Apartment 19) are for up to two adults only—no exceptions.
Do the suites have full kitchens?
Suites 8–15 and 32 do not have full kitchens; each includes a microwave and mini-fridge. Apartment 19 has a full kitchen. All units include wine glasses and basic utensils; suites include disposable plates and cups.
Is coffee included in the suites?
Yes. Suites include a Nespresso coffee maker with pods (Apartment 19 included).
Do suites have fireplaces or special bath features?
Many suites feature gas fireplaces and oversized bathrooms. Amenities vary by suite—please review the individual suite details before booking.
Are there outdoor grills or firepits at the suites?
Suites 8–15 and Cottage 32 do not have outdoor charcoal grills or firepits. Outdoor fires are permitted only at units with resort-installed pits.
Do suites have air conditioning and heat?
Yes. All suites include both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed.
What is your cancellation policy for suites?
If you notify us at least 48 hours before your check-in day, payments may be transferred to a future stay within one year of the original reservation date; otherwise they are forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours—or no-shows—forfeit all payments. Transfers must be used within one year and cannot be moved to another accommodation at the same time. Deposits are not refunded; certain restrictions apply.
Are pets or smoking allowed in suites?
No pets and no indoor smoking or vaping (including tobacco and marijuana). We follow ADA guidelines for service animals; ESAs are not service animals under the ADA. A $500 per-instance, per-day fee applies for violations.
Is Wi-Fi available in the suites? Is there a minimum night stay?
Yes—complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Suites may be rented by the night; other accommodation types generally require a two-night minimum.

Stayed in one of the Hill Suites for two. Such a beautiful room. Impeccably clean. Excellent luxuries. Even had a Nespresso Vertuo machine with a variety of coffee capsules provided. Quiet with nice views. Huge shower and also a tub with jets. Gas fireplace was great for a cold day.
Want to come back in the warmer weather for walks on the expansive property and time on the lake with the provided boats. Nice front and back porches as well with Adirondack chairs.

This place is an absolute gem among the many has-been and somewhat disappointing resorts in the Poconos. It retains its rustic charm well while still having the luxurious touches you'd expect at the price point. We've stayed in the cabins and in the new suites, and both are exemplary among their peers in the Poconos. The suites have showers you'd expect to see at the St. Regis or the Four Seasons as well as lovely fireplaces. The cabins have their own docks with rowboats and truly feel like a quiet lake retreat that is increasingly hard to find. The nature trail is great for hiking and running, and the beaches are fun with playground equipment (that even adults can use).”
